The goal : To Finish the current book

For almost 2 years Visions Gourmandes ( Visions Gourmets ) has been in existence with an international audience ...
Today, the first balance sheet tells us the following points :
- 1 website of "prestige" in 3 languages, hosting fifty Chefs, among the most famous and most creative in the world.
- 1 Facebook page with nearly 14,000 members worldwide and a presence in all the other social networks (an audience of nearly 24,000 members).
And ...
- 1 book in the process of being written, formatted, with editorial on the technical part complete.
The project we are concerned with is the finalization of this book and making it available for the public...
- Firstly, in digital format PDF (French and English and Spanish)
- Then in print version (French and English and Spanish)
Furthermore, this quintessential book is going to be the first reference book in the world todate, specializing in and dedicated to the principles and techniques of the culinary arts, dressings of a plate.

What is missing to complete the book ?

To date, it is missing the implementation and photo shooting of 80 plating-ups that form the core of the book.
I have finally found the Chef, ( "sheep with 5 legs" ) who is going to be able to ensure the "kitchen-dressage" plates for the book.
Then it will be to finalize the book (rewriting, corrections, iconography, translations)
To turn to the subject of fund raising, we have deemed it necessary to fund raise, in order to finalize this project.

What will the Fund Raising Cover ?
.
Today we must succeed in raising approximately € 5,000 to complete the book in its edition in PDF digital format
- The Payment of a "chef-artist" to help me make the photographic shootings of 80 plating-up presentations of dressage, that form the core of the book (€ 1,000)
- The Purchase of products, equipment and raw materials needed for the achievement of the 80 plating-ups (1,000 €)
- The Buying of an iconographic background to illustrate the editorial chapters of the book (500 €)
- Other additional costs of finalizing the design layout of the book to be "ready for" (500 €)
- The Costs of translating the book into English, then in Spanish (2,000 €)
The money raised by fund raising are going to be assigned completely to the tasks of completion, of the book.

It is also necessary to raise, an additional € 5,000 to obtain the first printing of the book in print version, with a minimum of 1,000 copies.
This figure will be re-adjusted to reflect the number of purchases and pre-sales of the book done by then, when I have the orders.

The funds raised by pre-purchases will be assigned to the position of the print book.

How to participate to support this project ?

By Fund Raising
Fund raising is a term that describes the tools and methods of financial transactions that involve a large number of people for a project.
I am going to use the "gift against gift", with or without consideration. This is to give a project, with or without counterparties.
The gift is selfless and timeless, however, in honor of the gift, the recipient may make a symbolic gesture in return, called the against-gift or consideration.
This is not an act of exchanging values such sale or barter. This is where Fund Raising has its nobility.
You will find the "counterparties" page all the possibilities of this form of participation in our case (the "gifts" can range from 10 euros to 500 euros). Everyone can choose how high it will be "fun" to participate.
These funds are going to allow me to finish and thus, I will obtain the total funding.

By the system of pre-purchase
For those who do not wish to use Fund raising, you can simply contribute to the success of this project using the formula of "pre-purchase" of the book.
For its real value, you can use the following two formulas:
- Pre-purchase of the book printed for € 29.90 instead of € 34.90 (delivery scheduled for the second quarter 2015).
- Pre-purchase of the PDF e-book for € 14.90 instead of € 19.90 (delivery scheduled for the first quarter 2015).
