One day, I was invited to a cooking competition involving some Chefs, during the presentation of their dishes, full of pride, I, myself, was so curious, to see how I would have made ? if I had my plates participated. The next day, after several unsuccessfully searches on the existence of a reference book on the art of compiling and presenting a plate, the idea was born to write this book.
